Tomorrow, Monday, April 8, AASUA, NASA, Students’ Union, and Grant MacEwan University Faculty Association will host an election forum on post-secondary education for staff and students. The Forum will take place from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in the SUB Atrium. Parties’ plans for the post-secondary sector in Alberta will be heard and discussed.
This Forum does not violate the Elections Act. It is being held in the SUB building which is not University property and no University resources are used.

We are pleased to announce that Marlin Schmidt, Minister of Advanced Education, has appointed Dr. Donna Wilson, member of the academic staff nominated by the AASUA, as a member of the board of The Governors of The University of Alberta for a three year term commencing November 26, 2018.
