Universities Academic Pension Plan (UAPP)
The Universities Academic Pension Plan (UAPP) is a contributory defined benefit pension plan where both participating members and the University equally contribute into the Plan based on your salary and which is paid out based on a formula. Your pension does not depend on the amount you contribute.

Academic Supplementary Retirement Plan (ASRP)
The AASUA negotiated this plan which provides additional funded retirement income funded solely by the employer for eligible staff who are members of the UAPP and have annual UAPP pensionable earnings that exceed the maximum salary covered by the UAPP.
