The AASUA has filed a complaint (read here) to the Alberta Labour Relations Board in response to the public posting by the University of a document entitled "November 26, 2021 U of A Bargaining Update". We have been contacted by members concerned about the recent public posting of an "offer" by the employer. AASUA is dismayed by the employer's actions, which may have created the false impression that AASUA is not keeping its members informed. The complaint filed with the Labour Relations Board sets out the true facts surrounding the transmission and posting of the offer by the employer.
