As you have now heard from both the AASUA and the employer, mediation has yielded an encouraging result: both parties have agreed to recommend ratification of these terms to their "principals" - the Board of Governors and the AASUA membership.
On behalf of the President, all AASUA members are invited to attend a virtual "Information-only General Meeting" where President Tim Mills will present the tentative agreement regarding amended language and the mediator's recommendations regarding compensation items. You will be able to pose questions to me, the Lead Negotiator, to the AASUA's bargaining team, and to Executive.
An electronic ratification vote will open after the General Meeting and will close at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, March 8, 2022. Details about the electronic ballot will be provided to you shortly.
This is a closed meeting only for members and you must register.
