Who can sign? Any resident of Alberta can sign — there are no age requirements.

How many signatures do we need? There is no minimum amount of signatures required.

Do I have to be a Canadian Citizen to sign? To sign a petition to the Legislative Assembly, each signatory must be a resident of Alberta. There is no requirement for signatories to declare their citizenship status.

Do I have to be 18 to sign? No. There are no age limits.
